Indy Chabra, MD, PhD, is a Board-certified Dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a founding member of DMC Dermatology & Mohs whose mission is to provide the best Dermatology patient care possible – with excellence in access, quality, and integrity.
Prior to moving to Tucson, Dr. Chabra practiced Dermatology for 9-years in Sioux City, Iowa, where he served patients in suburban and rural communities of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Dr. Chabra is committed to caring for both pediatric and adult patients for all their medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology needs. He is passionate about providing easier and faster access to dermatologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, in coordination with the primary care team and specialists. Teaching, clinical research and teledermatology are some of Dr. Chabra’s other interests.
Dr. Chabra graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Chemistry and Biological Sciences, and an AB in Economics. He obtained his MD and PhD degrees from Stony Brook University. His PhD is in Microbiology and Genetics, and his research work focused on developing novel viral vectors for gene therapy. Dr. Chabra completed his Dermatology residency at UPMC, Pittsburgh, where he also received extensive training in Pediatric Dermatology at both outpatient clinics, and at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Chabra grew up on Long Island. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Patrick Safo, MD, PhD, is a Board-certified Dermatologist, a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Safo is committed to providing care for both pediatric and adult patients including their medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic needs. He is passionate about providing easier and faster access to dermatologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, in coordination with the primary care team and specialists. Dr. Safo graduated from Stony Brook University with a BS in Chemistry and Pharmacology. He obtained his MD and PhD degrees from Harvard Medical School. His PhD is in Neurosciences, and his research work focused on memory formation. His translational residency training was done at Johns Hopkins Bayview center in Maryland. Dr. Safo completed his Dermatology residency at UPMC, Pittsburgh training at several outpatient clinics as well as UPMC Children’s Hospital, UPMC Shadyside and UPMC Presbytarian hospitals. He practiced dermatology in central Wisconsin for the past 9 years. In his leisure time, Dr. Safo enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, squash and traveling.

Mannix Consolacion, MSN, FNP-BC, DCNP brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner at DMC Dermatology & Mohs. Mannix earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Metropolitan Hospital College of Nursing in 1995. Beginning his career at the prestigious Philippine Heart Center, one of Asia's premier heart hospitals, he worked in medical/surgical, cardiology, and emergency room units.
Seeking international experience, he ventured to London, England, where he dedicated five years to advancing his expertise in the medical field. He then relocated to Tucson, AZ, where he pursued additional education and attained his Master of Science Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in 2018, he graduated with honors under the auspices of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Mannix is dual board-certified as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner by the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DNPCB) and as Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), He boasts a remarkable 23-year tenure as a registered nurse. His diverse background provides him with a comprehensive foundation for his current practice.
Actively engaged in professional organizations, Mannix is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. These affiliations underscore his commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare and dermatological practices.
Sarah J Aldor, NP-C is a National Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Sarah is well rounded, she has worked in Cardiology and Urgent and Emergency Care but found a her passion in providing excellent skin care.
Her progressive educational track fully extends from Fine Arts major, an Aesthetician, MSN to her specialty training in Medical Dermatology and Advanced Aesthetics including regenerative and integrative treatments, Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, PDO, various devices including RF, Lasers to minor surgeries.
Sarah specializes in treating Acne, Rosacea, hidradenitis, rashes, psoriasis, skin discoloration, sun damage and aging skin.
With over 25 years in both the Medical and Healthcare fields, Sarah has held a diverse set of roles, she brings knowledge and experience to offer comprehensive dermatological care.
Ms. Aldor is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurse Association and National Academy of Dermatology.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys the outdoors - traveling, photography, hiking and playing tennis.
